I recorded this guided hypnosis track for the Lunar eclipse in Libra last year as part of a full moon group container.
As this weekend ushers in the Libra Full Moon, I feel like this recording may be useful for those still experiencing ongoing themes from the closing Aries eclipse last month and the reverberations of the Aries/Libra axis eclipse series in general.
This hypnosis track is infused with energy healing, deeply grounding and replenishing codes and as I listened to it for the first time since releasing it, I could really feel the elemental energies comming through my throat chakra and into the session.
Get comfortable and cosey, have a glass of water at the ready and your journal for after and be open to what your subconscious reveals to you.
At the begining of the track I mention a candle ritual, this was part of the group container but if you would like to add it on, you will need:
2 small candles, 1 to represent you and the other to represent the energy/person/situation you wish to sever from your field.
A fire proof tray and salt to secure the candles to separately and surround with salt as a form of protection.
Twine. Tie in a circular loop that rests easily upon the tops of each candle, or you can tie to the centre of each candle if that's not working out.
Method
Once you have everything set up in a safe space that you can monitor the candles until completion,
Set your intention. Sit with it and focus on your intention for this ritual.
When you are ready, light the candles.
